From $900/month · how pricing works

(01) Who it’s forSteady work, no hire

For teams that need design every month.

A retainer makes sense once design requests stop being occasional. It usually replaces one of these:

A queue of small jobs

Each request is too small to brief an agency and too frequent to quote one by one.

Re-explaining the brand

Every new freelancer needs the same briefing, and the results still drift.

Hiring before you’re ready

There’s enough work for regular design, but not yet for a full-time designer.

(02) What you getWhat a month can cover

One designer, across everything.

The mix changes month to month. What a month covers is agreed upfront, so you know what you’re paying for.

Website updates

New pages, landing pages and changes to the site you already have.

Decks and documents

Pitch decks, reports, white papers and one-pagers.

Email

Newsletters, market updates and campaign emails.

Social and campaigns

LinkedIn posts, carousels, ads and event material.

Video edits and motion

Short edits and motion graphics, with trusted editors for bigger pieces.

Brand upkeep

Templates and guidelines kept current as the work grows.

(03) PricingFixed price, agreed upfront

Retainers start from $900 a month.

From $900/month

The monthly scope is agreed in writing before the first month starts, so you know what the fee covers. If a month needs more, I’ll say so before doing it, not after.

What moves the price: how much work comes through in a typical month, the mix of web, document and email work, and how quickly turnarounds need to be.

(04) ProofAll work →

Over a year as one firm’s designer.

Physician Growth Partners has used me as their designer for more than a year, across reports, email, LinkedIn and events.

“I've worked with Riddhesh for more than six months, and he consistently shows great thoughtfulness and skill. He delivers above and beyond what I ask, communicates well, and can be relied on to solve problems creatively. An invaluable asset to my team.”

How a project runs

  1. 1. Talk

What you need and what’s in the way. Usually one 30-minute call.

  2. 2. Scope

What’s included, how long, what it costs, in writing.

  3. 3. Design

Direction first, then detail. You review where it matters.

  4. 4. Build & hand over

Built from the approved design, delivered with documentation.

Questions, briefly.

How is the monthly scope set?

We agree what a typical month includes before the first month starts, and review it if your needs change.

What if a month is busier than usual?

I’ll tell you before doing work beyond the agreed scope and quote it, so there are no surprise invoices.

Do we work with you directly?

Yes. You brief me and I do the work. There’s no account manager in between.

Can we start with a single project?

Yes. A single project is a good way to see how we work together before committing to a monthly arrangement.

Next stepUsually one call

Got more design work than people to do it?

A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell you how I’d approach it, what it would cost, and whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll say so.
